Marianne Freechack, 89 years of age, passed away Thursday June 1, 2017 in Aurora, Ohio.
Born in North Union, Pennsylvania on March 13, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Uram) Trimbath. Mrs. Freechack was a longtime Aurora resident where she was a member of the New Life Church. She had been employed at Pick-N-Pay in Solon as head cashier retiring in 1990 after 28 years of dedicated service. While she enjoyed dancing during her life, memories of her being a "People Person" , who loved her church and family will forever be cherished.
Survivors include her children James Freechack of Aurora, Barb (Steve) Riley of Streetsboro, Jane Petro of Mantua; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter Janis Stepnicka, 1 brother and 5 sisters.
Visitation will be Sunday June 4, 2017 at New Life Church, 911 Orchard Avenue, Aurora, Ohio 44202 from 2:00 P.M.-3:30 P.M. where her funeral service will begin at 3:30 P.M. Officiating will be Pastor Josh Willaford. A time of fellowship will immediately follow at the church. A graveside burial will be held on Monday June 5, 2017, 10:00 A.M. at Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to her church.
